I purchased this machine about 1 year ago, took it all out of the box so I could set it up & use it, then I became ill with Leukemia and was not able to finish setting it up or use it due to my illness.  It has not ever been plugged in or set-up in anyway.  It only sat on my desk with a cover over it to protect it. My husband accidentally threw out the original box for it (thinking he was helping).  Everything else in this Premium Package is in it's original packaging, un-opened, never used, and still sealed.
